At NEUROOM, I built QA/QC processes from scratch for an AI-powered educational platform for teachers, testing web and mobile products across iOS and Android. I validated AI-generated learning content, investigated production incidents, and helped launch the teachers’ mobile application.

Previously, I tested gameplay and new features at MYTONA, introduced a "Task — Checklist — Verification" workflow, and maintained test documentation. At Mail.ru Group, I supported Pandao e-commerce users and resolved seller-buyer disputes; earlier, I launched telemarketing, hotline, and survey projects as a project manager.
