At Pansoft Technologies, I support the American University of Beirut’s Education Salesforce Org, managing student and academic data.
I build Flow automation, configure Lightning Apps and record pages, maintain custom objects and validation rules, and manage secure user access through profiles, roles, and permission sets. I also create reports and dashboards and support testing, UAT, deployments, and production releases.
I’ve also delivered Oracle technical consulting for the University of Khorfakkan and Saudi Sports Company, developing SQL queries and BI Publisher reports for academic and enterprise reporting needs. Working across Salesforce and Oracle projects has helped me translate requirements into business-approved, technically sound solutions.
