At Allen Online Program, I manage Salesforce administration and delivery-level development for enterprise applications, alongside operations and session planning for the NEET Division team. I configure Salesforce and develop Apex automation to support business processes while following governor limit best practices.
On my Institute Management System on Salesforce project, I implemented student onboarding, batch allocation, fee tracking, and attendance workflows. I also developed operational dashboards and Lightning Web Components for student data.
