I am Theogene Irakoze, a dedicated university student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics at the University of Rwanda. I have a year of professional experience in proctoring and I am currently honing my data science expertise at ALX Africa. I am proficient in data analysis, visualization, and creating insightful infographics. I also have a keen understanding of enhancing customer experiences through contact center AI.
During my time as a Certified Proctor at Pearson VUE, I was responsible for remotely proctoring candidates who were taking certification exams around the world. I assisted customers with their online session exams, restarted and resolved their technical issues, and monitored and sent regular feedback requests to customers to address their issues. I also answered queries via telephone and chat-box to assist with technical or other issues.
