I’m a proactive, detail-oriented junior lawyer with a strong background in legal research, legal document drafting, and structured legal analysis. I apply CREAC/IRAC methodologies to produce clear legal conclusions and well-structured memoranda.

In my roles supporting legal operations, I’ve handled client and counterparty due diligence, compliance and regulatory research, and contract review with administrative tracking. I’m comfortable structuring and analyzing contractual documentation, making recommendations, and managing document workflows under tight deadlines.

I’ve also worked across documentation-heavy environments, including cross-border legal documentation and correspondence for international companies. I prepare powers of attorney and company corporate documents, and I contribute to case documents and internal reports through thorough research and drafting.

I actively adopt modern work methods and AI to improve efficiency—often using tools such as Claude, Grok, and basic ChatGPT—so I can spend less time on repetitive research tasks and focus on higher-value legal thinking. I enjoy collaboration in diverse legal settings and aim to keep learning while delivering precise, organized outcomes.
