I’m an email marketing professional with nearly 2 years of hands-on experience building and managing campaigns across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp. I combine technical email production skills with a strong focus on campaign content, list growth, and performance measurement.

In my current role as a Jr. HTML Developer (Email Development), I develop and execute responsive HTML email templates and campaigns from scratch, ensuring pixel-perfect rendering across devices and email clients. I manage email templates and campaign assets in Content Builder and other ESPs to keep everything organized for on-time deployment.

I take campaign quality seriously: I perform email QA using Email on Acid to identify and resolve cross-client rendering issues that can impact open/click-through rates. I also apply working knowledge of DMARC and deliverability best practices to support inbox placement and healthier lists.

Before this, I completed an internship as a Software Engineer Trainee, where I supported Linux scripting for server setup and maintenance and contributed to Python-based desktop application development. I bring that same problem-solving mindset to email work—collaborating cross-functionally with marketing (and sales) to align deliverables with business goals, while continuously improving through platforms and certifications like HubSpot Email Marketing, Klaviyo Practitioner, and DMARC Fundamentals.
