What I'm looking for
I’m a seasoned UX Researcher with 6+ years of experience specializing in user-centered research and UX design. I help teams uncover user needs and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations that improve both usability and business outcomes.
I lead end-to-end UX research initiatives, planning and executing qualitative and mixed-method studies like in-depth interviews, focus groups, usability testing, and customer journey mapping. I also synthesize insights using frameworks such as personas, ecosystem maps, and JTBD, and I track success metrics to measure impact over time.
In my roles as Research OPs, I’ve established and streamlined research processes and governance—creating repositories, documentation standards, and methodological guidelines to scale best practices. I facilitate cross-functional workshops and co-creation sessions to align Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success around user-centered strategies.
Across more than 30 studies for clients and products, I’ve delivered improvements in accessibility and usability—standardizing heuristics aligned to WCAG—and supported strategic product decisions.
