My journey in this field has been enriched by international exposure in the UK, where I honed my skills in claims processes across various lines, including Fire, Engineering, and Financial Loss. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management, which has further deepened my understanding and expertise in this domain.

At Ekol Loss Adjusting, I served as a Claims Management Specialist, where I conducted thorough investigations and managed relationships with global counterparts. My role involved coordinating meetings and acting as a claims relationship manager, ensuring effective communication throughout the lifecycle of claims. I am adept at leveraging data to support risk analysis and operational decision-making, which has been crucial in my efforts to enhance claim recovery and compliance with treaty terms.
