I’m looking for a role where I can own accurate Shopify catalog and digital data operations—daily inventory checks, spreadsheet upkeep, and anomaly flagging—while working independently in an asynchronous remote setup with clear standards.

I’m a reliable, detail-oriented E-commerce & Data Entry Assistant with hands-on experience managing Shopify catalogues and maintaining high data accuracy. I handle routine digital tasks independently in an asynchronous remote environment, following strict brand standards and guidelines.

In my recent work, I managed Shopify catalogues end-to-end—uploading product data, imagery, variants, and pricing with zero-tolerance for errors. I also monitored digital inventory levels daily to flag stock discrepancies, listing anomalies, and system risks proactively.

Previously as a Data Clerk / Administrative Support, I processed numerical records and daily digital data into tracking sheets. I performed quality checks on text entries, maintained clean operational logs, and organized messy supplier lists into structured Google Sheets and Excel documents.
