What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine logistics, customer service, brand promotion, and social media skills while contributing to strong visitor and customer experiences.

At Quinta de Santiago, I coordinate warehouse logistics and stock management while representing the winery at wine, tourism, and cultural events across Portugal. I also lead guided winery and farm tours, wine tastings, and customer-focused presentations in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

I bring hands-on sales, customer service, inventory, and social media experience from Under Armour, Josephine, and independent online clothing sales through Instagram and Vinted. I create listings, manage orders and delivery tracking, support promotions, and maintain customer relationships.

I graduated in History with a Minor in Archaeology from the University of Coimbra and have built online communities through English-language fiction and blog content on Tumblr, reaching 6,000 followers. I’m also trained in social media storytelling, community management, and content marketing.
