What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead cell and gene therapy manufacturing, technology transfer, and process-development programs where I can strengthen GMP readiness, manage technical risk, and align cross-functional teams around clinical and commercial goals.

At Lonza Specialized Modalities, I lead complex process technology transfers as the scientific liaison between external clients and Manufacturing and Quality teams, translating process data into risk-focused, executive-level updates. I manage concurrent MSAT projects, support GMP process transfers and audits, and mentor cross-functional colleagues.

Previously at the University of Chicago Transplant Institute, I led manufacturing for a Phase III multicenter trial that achieved the highest success rate among participating centers and advanced a novel Regulatory T-cell therapy through process development, scale-up, engineering runs, and commercialization gap analysis. I bring a Ph.D. in Clinical Immunology and Transplantation, 30+ peer-reviewed publications, and deep experience across CAR-T, viral vectors, Tregs, cGMP, CMC, and regulatory documentation.
