At Fennix Global (Pvt) Ltd, I work as Assistant Manager – Pre-Sales and Engineering Operations, meeting clients to understand their needs and translate technical requirements into IT solutions.
I create technical proposals, diagrams, and bills of materials, and support product demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects.
My earlier roles at Fennix Global were Senior Executive Engineer and IT Support Executive. My work included network infrastructure, VoIP systems, and support for routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
I’ve worked with Cisco technology, HP, Dell and Lenovo servers, and VoIP and SIP devices including Grandstream, 3CX, Fanvil, Flyingvoice and Yealink. I also have moderate knowledge of AWS, Azure, Linux and Microsoft.
