I've delivered forensic planning, delay analysis, and claims support for major infrastructure, civil, energy, renewable, security, and data-centre projects across South Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Ireland, Scotland, and the Middle East. My work includes baseline and tender programmes, Time Impact Analysis, critical path analysis, delay narratives, and extension-of-time support under FIDIC and NEC contracts.
I bring practical site experience to planning, having led construction teams, subcontractors, site operations, quality compliance, and progress reporting before moving into specialist planning and forensic analysis.
