At Patcon Building and Civil Engineering Contractors, I develop and manage project schedules for commercial builds and petrochemical infrastructure contracts using Microsoft Project Professional. I also track critical path variances and prepare progress updates, resource histograms, and S-Curves.
I create tender schedules and methodologies aligned with client specifications, including those for eThekwini Municipality and Transnet. I work with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and subcontractors to keep site progress aligned with contract program logic.
Before moving into project scheduling, I worked as a Construction Site Supervisor at Patcon, overseeing daily site operations, labour coordination, and structural execution. My experience included structural concrete, earthworks, subcontractor coordination, and OHS Act compliance.
