Message

At The Norwegian Institute of Food, Fisheries and Aquaculture Research, I worked on sea urchin gonad enhancement and cultivated Palmaria palmata from spores. I also cultivated seaweed using RAS wastewater.

At NTNU, I researched the valorization and optimization of underutilized marine food resources, after contributing to teaching in food microbiology, biotechnology, food safety, and quality management.

My doctoral research at Çukurova University focused on microalgae cultivation and carotenoid production in photobioreactors. My work has also explored marine food resources, microalgal bioproducts, and sustainable food and packaging applications.
