What I'm looking for

I seek a Trondheim role focused on operational discipline, continuous improvement, and practical use of digital tools to support better processes and decision-making.

I am a hands-on Chemical Engineer with experience across soap production, wheel manufacturing, industrial coating and paint operations, and fish processing. I work close to production lines, follow processes step by step, and solve practical problems calmly and systematically while maintaining strict safety and quality routines.

I have led teams in high-tempo, shift-based environments, managed coating and e-coat operations, and contributed to quality systems and traceability. I apply Lean and Kaizen thinking and experiment with digital tools and AI to prototype workflows that improve decision-making and reduce waste.
