At Accenture, working with client Bouygues Telecom, I lead the automation lifecycle from technical scoping and solution design through deployment and production support. I prototype AI-augmented automations with UiPath, Python, REST APIs and LLMs for unstructured inputs where rule-based RPA falls short.
I created NavIA, an open-source, model-agnostic AI browser agent that uses an LLM to choose actions while Python executes them. Earlier, at Stellantis & Orange, I developed 40+ automation processes and supported 150+ transactional processes in production.
