At IDT, I designed and helped build an event-driven antifraud platform on .NET and AWS, bringing internal rules, ML scoring, and third-party providers together. It reduced false positives by around 10% and manual reviews by around 40%, while reducing reliance on an expensive external engine.

I also rebuilt compliance transaction search on Elasticsearch, replacing slow, timeout-prone MongoDB queries with consistently fast filtered and full-text search. For identity verification, I designed automation, contributed to early implementation and data migrations, and later led the phased production rollout.

At FRISS, I led teams working on claims processing, compliance screening, and SIU investigation workflows while staying hands-on in shared platform code. I built the first global Datadog observability dashboard and helped establish a standard for service health dashboards, so more production issues were detected internally rather than reported by customers.

Earlier at CactusSoft, I led and built a travel risk-management platform, including its AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability, and delivered a stable MVP under tight deadlines. After a management-focused role at FRISS, I want to spend more of my time designing and building software, working with product and stakeholders to understand the problem behind the work.
