I'm open to remote work and international relocation, where I can lead multi-jurisdictional corporate operations, entity management and AML/KYC compliance while improving processes, service quality and team delivery.

At Mundo Expert, I lead end-to-end corporate operations for incorporations, post-incorporation matters, trusts and renewals across a multi-jurisdictional portfolio.

I coordinate clients, Compliance teams and external providers while overseeing KYC, CDD and EDD, beneficial-owner verification, World-Check searches, risk assessments and high-risk client reviews. I also maintain good standing and manage statutory and internal compliance filings for more than 12 affiliated entities.

I lead workload allocation, quality control, onboarding and training for a five-person team, while managing provider contracts, invoices, pricing, service quality, WIP and case profitability.

Previously, I managed the full client lifecycle at Mundo Expert, from consultation and tailored quotations through onboarding, document execution and delivery. With a background in international law, I support English- and Russian-speaking clients with accurate corporate documentation and clear, practical communication.
