I coordinated the EU–Russia Cooperation Programme across Russia, Moldova, Greece and the UK, managing programme delivery, partner communication, timelines and documentation.

At that programme, I handled grant administration, budgets, donor reporting and audit preparation, and contributed to grant and tender applications. I also delivered 48 international conferences, workshops and training programmes for 1,150+ participants across four countries.
