Amila Goralija

I am a dedicated BSc student in Biology at the University of Mostar, where I have honed my skills in both academic and practical settings. My experience as a Call Center Agent at Ipsos Agency has equipped me with excellent communication and organizational skills, allowing me to effectively interact with diverse clients and manage tasks efficiently.

In addition to my work experience, I have volunteered at the Alea Genetic Center, where I assisted in molecular biology tasks such as DNA/RNA extraction and PCR. This opportunity not only enhanced my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of genetic diagnostics and analysis. I am motivated to continue learning and growing in the field of biology, and I am eager to apply my knowledge in a professional setting.
