With a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from Abia State University, Nigeria, I have transitioned into the IT field, where I have gained valuable experience working as an Onsite Support Personnel at Tenece Professional Services in Enugu, Nigeria. My role involved providing frontend support for the School web portal at Imo State University, where I prepared data and conducted regular data analysis to enhance student relationships.

Throughout my tenure, I have honed my skills in diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently. I possess a solid foundation in technical skills, including hardware/software repairs and proficiency in various software applications such as Microsoft Desktop Publishing Packages, Adobe Creative Suite, and Corel Draw for graphic design. My commitment to teamwork and effective communication has been instrumental in my ability to deliver quality IT support.
