What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build human-centred AI and digital experiences, combining product strategy, user research, UX, data, and hands-on delivery across customer-facing products.

I've built customer-facing digital products at Air France, Farfetch, Galeries Lafayette, Shiseido, and art-tech startup Docent, with a focus on AI, conversational experiences, and luxury clienteling. At Docent, I led the 0-to-1 move from a mobile app to a subscription-based marketplace website and helped shape LLM-powered discovery.

At Air France, I designed ML-based triage routing and experimentation for conversational AI, connecting chatbot experiences with customer service and operational teams. At Farfetch and Galeries Lafayette, I owned clienteling and personal-shopping products that brought live chat, video, RFID, and real-time customer data into the boutique experience.

I conduct user research directly with the people using the products I build, from collectors and shoppers to sales associates and customer-service teams. I enjoy moving between product strategy, hands-on delivery, UX, data, and AI experimentation.
