At INACAP, I run market intelligence to recommend to senior management whether new offerings should enter the portfolio. I cross records and unstructured information about productive sectors and their demand for talent, using a process I designed.
I created and develop Prospectia, an AI platform intended to replace a month-long annual study with continuous information. In its pilot, I set requirements and priorities with four divisions, with one programmer reporting to me.
We measured Prospectia's search quality with 84 test questions and cut the cost per report by about 70%. I also took part in validating MINEDUC's regulated pricing model and built management indicators and Power BI dashboards at INACAP.
My background combines commercial engineering, economics and finance with applied AI. I use tools and methods including SQL, Python, Power BI, RAG, vector databases and unstructured information processing.
