Led comprehensive testing of X10 and Dock hardware, including setup, instrumentation, performance, reliability, environmental stress tests, and teardown. Designed and fabricated test fixtures and infrastructure improvements, collaborating with test engineers to optimize procedures and drive product improvements.

Coordinated and executed design validation and reliability testing for electric vehicle subcomponents, including thermal testing with liquid coolant. Led assembly of custom Labjack-based data acquisition unit and designed test fixtures for IPx9k ingress protection testing.

Led structural and thermal testing for Google Pixel, Nest, and Wearables, providing design validation data and guiding component design optimization. Leveraged CAD expertise to refine components and synthesized test data into actionable reports.

Collaborated with engineers to adapt existing parts for new designs and developed 3D CAD models, 2D fabrication drawings, and release packages. Designed, assembled, and tested 3D-printed prototype components and maintained 3D printers.

Conducted on-road testing of autonomous vehicles for R&D Engineering, performing software and safety evaluations. Executed field tests, collected critical data, and ensured pedestrian safety during autonomous vehicle operation.

Designed probe cards for automated testing of computer chips and processors, developing layouts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks PDM. Rapidly prototyped concepts using 3D printing and collaborated with team members to complete prototype designs.

Conducted daily quality assurance evaluations on Fiat 500e prototype electric vehicles, identifying and reporting design and manufacturing errors. Led investigations into transmission errors and trained new QA inspectors.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Francisco State University in May 2018.
