At Columbia University's Musculoskeletal Biomechanics Laboratory, I develop finite-element simulations in FEBio and conduct mechanical testing on cartilage samples. I also design custom experimental tools, turning lab requirements into CAD models and functional hardware through 3D printing and CNC machining.
At Apple, I designed and validated packaging systems for hardware products, using testing, CAD prototypes, and data analysis to support a design migration. I presented recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
With Columbia Formula One Racing, I designed and validated the electric drivetrain and managed a 50+ member team across three subsystems. At General Motors, I led boosting-system failure investigations and supplier risk assessments.
