What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build a career as an Email & SMS Automation Specialist, applying my communication, customer service, administrative, and digital skills to automated customer journeys, CRM workflows, email campaigns, SMS communication, and business process optimization.

At OLIVE GARDEN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, OBA, ANAMBRA STATE, I managed communication with students, parents, colleagues, and school management, and maintained accurate digital and administrative records.

I used Microsoft Office and digital tools for documentation, organized information across recurring responsibilities, and adapted to new procedures and technologies.

I'm developing practical expertise in email and SMS automation, including trigger-based workflows, customer follow-up sequences, and automated notifications.

I use structured spreadsheet data to organize customer information and track contacts and follow-ups. I hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Education/Economics and a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certificate.
