What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply data management and customer-service strengths, contribute to operational efficiency, and grow in technical coordination within a collaborative, process-driven team.

I am a detail-oriented and dependable professional with hands-on experience in data management, customer service, and operations support across remote and on-site environments.

I have supported digital data entry and validation, CRM updates, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and high accuracy standards. At Pi I worked independently in a remote setting, and at Jumia I resolved customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email channels.

As an operations manager at Ngcom Network Solution, I coordinated logistics, prepared reports and schedules, and improved workflow efficiency by approximately 20 percent. I have practical technical exposure from solar installation and engineering projects, including leading roles in renewable energy and mobility initiatives.

I bring strong documentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, empathetic client support, and a disciplined work ethic that consistently upholds service quality and compliance.
