I resolve complex Windows, identity, and network issues, including repairing boot failures to restore OS integrity without data loss.
I’ve led ransomware disaster-recovery restorations using Datto and Barracuda M365 cloud backups, with minimal data loss and downtime and no ransom paid. I also designed and deployed a Proxmox cluster, built and maintain client IPAM systems, and led a client migration from Datto RMM to NinjaOne.
