Open-source dashboard for a decentralised cloud compute marketplace. Designed the billing platform end to end (Stripe plus on-chain managed wallets), owned the background-job layer, built the observability stack (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Loki, Grafana), moved the product onto Kubernetes with Helm, and set up release automation taking deploys from ~45 to ~170/month. Maintained the akash-api TypeScript package.

Avatar platform with a public API used by 3,500+ developers. Led a team of up to 7 and helped scale the org from ~5 to 30+ as a core technical interviewer. Architected the shared foundation for the microservices and public API (service templates, contract-first schemas, SDK generation). Introduced written design review and a delivery process that reached reliable sprint predictability in two months.

Early engineer on the platform: built foundational services including JWT-based auth with RBAC, the shared CI platform and release automation, and the architecture across the Next.js and Vite apps and the Express backend. Moved the main product from hand-managed EC2 onto managed Kubernetes (EKS), enabling autoscaling, standard log collection and monitoring.

Fitness and sports coaching platform serving several thousand users. Drove the migration from a Rails monolith to event-driven microservices over RabbitMQ, each with its own deploy path. Architected the core personalisation engine, a decision-tree and state-machine system behind individualised training recommendations. Owned payments, subscriptions and churn flows.

Joined a Rails codebase with no prior Ruby experience and was delivering features within a few months. Built realtime chat and scheduled coaching interactions on GraphQL subscriptions over WebSockets (Apollo), plus authentication, payments and CI/CD pipelines. Owned client-side architecture on React Native and optimised the network layer.

IoT cloud platform for domestic security. Built the backend platform largely single-handedly: a GraphQL gateway fronting ~10 domain microservices over RabbitMQ (events and RPC), with device events fanned out to clients over WebSockets. Implemented device-data ingestion pipelines and a hybrid authentication and authorisation system.

Engineering a hybrid mobile app and a web platform that helps world known retailers to improve management performance. Gained some valuable experience in designing a product from a technological and visual perspective. Took one of the key roles in the engineering team.
