At Quadient Technologies, I lead short-, medium-, and long-range production planning and scheduling, translating customer demand into achievable manufacturing plans. I develop capacity plans that balance labour, materials, and demand while improving visibility of constraints and material risks.

I chair cross-functional planning reviews with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales, and manage forecasting, inventory control, lifecycle planning, and global spare-parts support. My work focuses on maintaining customer service, SLA compliance, and operational efficiency through accurate ERP/MRP data and continuous improvement.

Previously at Pillarhouse International, I managed production control, scheduling, inventory, and materials planning across aerospace, automotive, and electronics manufacturing. I reduced inventory from £1.3m to £500k while increasing inventory accuracy to 98%, implemented ERP/MRP systems, and supported product transfers to China without disrupting supply continuity.

Across more than 30 years in manufacturing planning and production control, I’ve led scheduling, demand planning, materials management, KPI performance, and resource allocation in regulated production environments.
