I’m looking for a role where I can lead service design and UX work—using UX research and clear communication to improve the end-to-end experience with a collaborative, execution-focused team.

I’m a Service Design Manager with hands-on UX design experience, working to improve user experience through research and design thinking.

I’ve led or supported UX design and UX design-related work, including activities described as user experience design and UX research.

I’m comfortable driving service design efforts end-to-end, translating ideas into deliverables while keeping communication and collaboration central.

I value connected, “experience” outcomes—pairing strategy with design execution—and I’m excited to bring that approach to a team that needs strong service and UX leadership.
