At Superfine AI Inc., I manage daily operations across business entities in Vietnam, the USA, and the UAE. I coordinate office administration, facilities, vendors, budgets, recruitment, onboarding, executive calendars, and internal communication across time zones.

I also plan domestic and international travel, accommodations, company events, and logistics for cross-functional teams. My work has strengthened collaboration between international teams and improved vendor management and contract coordination processes.

Previously, I translated and localized video game content between English and Vietnamese with Warlocs Localization Team. I worked with developers and localization teams to maintain cultural relevance, terminology consistency, and quality across projects.

I'm bilingual in English and Vietnamese, with a BA in English Language focused on Translation and Interpretation. I bring organized documentation, cross-cultural communication, and practical problem-solving to fast-paced operations.
