What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead corporate finance, private equity, M&A, capital raising, and value-creation work where I can turn complex businesses into investable, well-governed opportunities.

I'm currently embedded across the JCA/TechCoop/FDA ecosystem, building PE-grade financial governance for Vietnamese SMEs and leading capital raises, M&A, restructuring, valuation, and financial due diligence.

At FGroup, I architected a $60M debt facility and supported the acquisition of a 72-hectare land bank valued at approximately $100M. I also led Pre-IPO fundraising and IPO structuring for a ready-built factory business, while ring-fencing subsidiary bankruptcy risk through a restructuring plan.

My work spans CFO advisory, FP&A, treasury, investor relations, and transaction execution across real estate, agri-processing, technology, industrial parks, and pharmaceuticals.

Across Novaland, Dat Xanh Group, Dat Xanh Tech, F.I.T Group, and Amaris Consulting, I've built financial models, stress-tested investments, managed listed-company IR, designed feasibility studies, and turned complex financial situations into clear, bankable decisions.
