What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote-ready finance consulting or part-time CFO work where I can partner with business owners on planning, cash flow, funding, management reporting, and finance systems.

At Rapid Aid Vietnam Co., Ltd, I built the finance function from scratch and advised the CEO on planning, cash, funding, control, and reporting. I led annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and 3–5 year plans, raising forecast accuracy from 85% to 95%.

I also designed and built CostOS, a multi-tenant ERP platform with 18+ modules, and developed AI finance tooling to automate reconciliations and reporting. At Samsung Electronics Vietnam, I supported planning, monthly close, cost analysis, and VAS-to-IFRS group reporting.
