I'm currently building vessel-routing modules for Ocean Network Express at CLT - ONE, using Java and Oracle SQL to determine optimal port-to-port routes and improve routing query performance.

Previously at DigiEx, I built multi-tenant green-finance capabilities for Greennation, including OAuth2/JWT security, bitwise permissions, Pub/Sub event processing, Drools risk rules, crypto co-signing, fee calculation, and double-entry ledgers.

I also build personal systems such as a core banking platform and a medical RAG API, working across Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Python, FastAPI, Qdrant, Docker, and GCP.

Developed and maintained the vessel routing module for a global container shipping platform, implementing business logic for optimal port-to-port routes. Optimized complex Oracle SQL queries to reduce execution time and refactored legacy SQL for better maintainability.

Implemented OAuth2 and JWT-based authentication with token refresh and revocation flows, and designed a custom bitwise-encoded permission system. Built real-time notification and async event processing via Pub/Sub, integrated Drools rule engine for risk classification, and developed a fee calculation module and ledger module for double-entry bookkeeping.
