What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a kitchen utility role where I can maintain high sanitation standards, support food-service operations, work well with a team, and continue building my hospitality experience.

I've supported kitchen operations at Kilili Baharini Resort and Spa, keeping dish, pot, and utility areas clean, organized, and ready for daily service and events.

Previously, I worked at Billionaire Resort and Retreat and trained in-house at Temple Point Resort. I handled dish-machine operations, pot washing, sanitation of equipment and metal surfaces, and organized storage of dishes, glassware, silverware, and utensils.

I also assist with kitchen plate-up, food-service setup and breakdown, and report breakages to management.

I'm focused on cleaning and sanitation, food safety, time management, teamwork, and maintaining orderly utility areas.
