I’m a dynamic Air Traffic Supervisor focused on results, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in foreign trade operations. I bring a proactive approach to changing environments, with strong communication skills for coordinating partners abroad.

Over the years, I’ve managed end-to-end air import processes, including shipping instructions, Airwaybill issuance, and complete shipment follow-up from first contact in Brazil through arrival and delivery to the customs broker for clearance. I’m especially experienced in international shipping flows, including operational leadership of more than 100 monthly processes.

I also specialize in hazardous materials logistics, ensuring correct signage, labeling, and segregation in line with technical standards and current legislation. I coordinate cargo removal requests to secondary zones (DTA) and oversee air import shipments throughout Brazilian territory.

I’m motivated by teamwork and constant learning—I’ve supervised a team of 3, earning recognition for excellence in delivery and complete customer satisfaction.
