Appointed as the youngest member of Yale Well, a committee advancing community well-being. Contributed to innovative programming focused on emotional, physical, and intellectual health.

Pioneered innovative monthly programming tailored for the global Asian diaspora at Yale University. Focused on educating on risks at the nexus of Asian identity with other social identities, and mental and physical wellbeing.

Performed novel experiments to elucidate mechanisms of neuronal cell death. Utilized advanced biological techniques including in vivo microsurgery, multiphoton imaging, and two-photon chemical apoptotic targeted ablation.

Connected incarcerated students with Yale University libraries and research resources. Curated literature for over 50 students and offered support on crafting and refining intriguing, novel research questions.

Facilitated patient and family well-being by offering compassionate support and regular breaks to parents. Fostered critical early childhood social interactions through meaningful engagement with patients, including conversations, games, and creative activities.

Provided weekly support to texters across the United States experiencing crises such as depressive episodes, emotional/physical abuse, and suicidal ideation. Utilized evidence-based interventions to de-escalate texters and provide long-term coping strategies.

Recruited and directed a board of 20 students to develop on-campus wellness programming and initiatives. Collaborated with student clubs and national non-profit organizations, co-authored multiple policy proposals with Yale College Council.

Spearheaded projects analyzing over 1000 grants and $100 million across the National Institutes of Health. Guided program officers on novel initiatives to address weaknesses in global migrant healthcare inequities.

Studied Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry, with relevant coursework including Mathematical Models in the Biosciences I, Social Psychology, and General Chemistry I/II. Completed a comprehensive Biology Sequence covering Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Genetics and Development, and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, alongside Organic Chemistry I and The Human Brain.
