I'm working in Strategic and Performance Debt Collection at Techcombank, applying data-driven approaches to debt collection performance.

At VPBank, I led a cross-functional debt-selling project using Waterfall, forecast budgets, and evaluated key performance metrics. I also managed a nine-person team handling a bad-debt loan portfolio with internal and external stakeholders.

I developed dashboards and monthly reports that turned portfolio data into actionable insights for debt collection and strategic planning. My master's research in Business Analytics and Finance focused on predictive modelling and machine-learning algorithms for credit scoring and credit-risk assessment.
