At Frontiir (Myanmar Net), I worked across UI/UX design and iOS engineering, taking product work from user research and user flows through implementation and release. I helped evolve FirstByte and the Employee Center Portal for internal operations.
For FirstByte, I led UI/UX design and native iOS development for feature launches supporting field installations, bill collection, and marketing surveys. I also owned the companion web portal’s end-to-end design and user flows, and used field usability testing to inform UX improvements that streamlined task completion and reduced on-site errors.
For the Myanmar Net customer app, I maintained and shipped core features across the design and iOS codebase, and spearheaded a redesign tailored to customer personas. I also directed design, deployment, and user training for two internal HR platforms that replaced manual and paper processes with digital workflows.
I integrated RESTful APIs and SDKs, established design systems and code-review practices, and mentored junior designers and developers. I’m an Apple Developer Academy graduate and am pursuing a Computer Science degree at SIM Global Education x Cardiff University.
