At MHMarkets, I build and maintain backend systems for CRM, payments, rewards, and trading competitions. I work with Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Redis, and improve API latency and system stability through caching and performance optimization.

For the CRM and Trader's Room, I built the user module and client onboarding process, including automated KYC/AML tier verification with the Sumsub API. This reduced client onboarding friction by 42% and helped block scam and high-risk clients at onboarding.

I led planning, architecture, and end-to-end implementation of MH Rewards (Point Mall). I also designed its automated points pipeline with Redis and BullMQ, alongside points earning and redemption logic.

Earlier, I developed a forex CRM at Mohicans Technology, integrating MT4/MT5 APIs for trading operations and client funding. At YammoBot Ltd, I built a rule-based Burmese-language chatbot and co-authored a paper on a Myanmar-language chatbot for travel and tourism.
