At Royal Cyber, I lead architecture for enterprise integration, cloud modernization, and AI-enabled automation. My work spans discovery and solution design through delivery governance and production readiness for international clients.
For a US retail enterprise, I led architecture and team delivery of an AI-powered integration operations platform. It brought together MuleSoft Anypoint, Datadog, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse for runtime monitoring, API discovery, and automated root-cause analysis.
I also architected modernization of a production MuleSoft estate of approximately 129 APIs, including a CloudHub migration, Java upgrades, and a transition from AWS to Azure. For a KSA cruise and travel program, I led architecture for integrations connecting guest services, reservations, payments, and ship/shore systems.
Alongside delivery work, I explore AI agents and integration copilots through prototypes and proofs of concept, including RAG, governed tool actions, evaluation, and tracing. My background includes integration and middleware work in banking, telecom, and international enterprise services.
