Registered nurse delivering rapid emergency care and patient-centered empathy.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Registered Nurse committed to providing the best care and empathy to patients, families, and staff. In fast-paced emergency settings, I assess, triage, and stabilize patients while administering urgent medications and performing diagnostic tests like EKGs and blood draws.
I also support critical trauma needs—assisting with trauma care, wound cleaning, and sutures—while maintaining accurate, rapid documentation. I collaborate closely with physicians, team members, and families to deliver immediate, crucial patient care, even during high-stress events like cardiac arrests, accidents, or mass casualty incidents.
In leadership roles as a Charge Nurse on Observations, I make staff assignments, supervise nursing care, mentor staff, and handle admissions/discharges. I audit the floor, manage unit supplies, ensure protocol compliance and safety hazards are addressed, and run codes while keeping communication strong with patients and the healthcare team.
