What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an ER-focused RN role where I can deliver fast trauma-informed care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and keep patient outcomes strong through precise documentation, calm communication, and evidence-based assessment.

I’m a motivated Registered Nurse with experience providing direct patient care in an emergency room setting. I focus on prompt assessment, accurate documentation, and clear communication to support smooth handoffs during acute care.

In my current role, I provide nursing care within a level 2 Trauma Center and perform essential procedures such as EKG’s, vital signs, cardiac monitoring, and medication administration. I deliver fast patient assessment on arrival to the ED and work closely with staff members to ensure safe, timely care.

Previously, I precepted with a licensed registered nurse and carried out registered nursing responsibilities under supervision. I assessed patients through interviews and vital-sign recording, documented and reported conditions during rounds, and responded to emergencies with speed and level-headed decision-making.

Earlier in my career, I supported adult care by documenting intake and dietary needs, examining lacerations and contusions, administering medications, and educating patients and families on at-home administration. I’ve learned to reduce stress for patients and families while supporting recovery, compliance, and daily functioning.
