I seek a role where I lead community engagement and GRM activities within construction or development projects, promoting inclusive, safe, and sustainable social outcomes.

I am a dedicated social expert with over three years' experience working as a social officer on construction projects, specializing in community engagement, conflict resolution, and social impact assessments.

I have managed GRM systems, led community mobilization, organized trainings on HIV/AIDS, GBV, and workers' rights, and maintained accurate records and reports to inform project decisions.

My work spans World Bank and major contractor projects where I mediated disputes, facilitated stakeholder meetings, and integrated social considerations into project planning to foster community support and worker welfare.
