What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative, records management, registry, data capturing, or IT support role where I can apply compliance knowledge, maintain accurate records, support day-to-day operations, and grow my technical and business informatics skills.

I've supported customer-facing operations as a Sales Consultant and Trainer, accurately capturing customer information, maintaining sales records, applying compliance and credit policies, and training new staff on documentation and reporting procedures.

As an IT Student Technician, I maintained equipment and support records, set up computer labs, documented hardware and software faults, and provided clear helpdesk support to end-users. I'm currently studying Business Informatics and bring practical skills in records management, Microsoft 365, Python, Java, SQL, and Linux.
