I'm looking to contribute to a high-performing HR team in a global organization, supporting recruitment, onboarding, accurate HR operations, and strong candidate experiences while continuing to grow in talent acquisition.

At Glauben Technology, I manage the full technical hiring lifecycle, sourcing niche talent across Java, React, Cloud, and QA roles. I use LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, and Boolean search to engage passive candidates and build proactive talent pipelines.
