MADHURA Gowda

I am a passionate, detail-oriented Pharm.D graduate with hands-on hospital internship experience in clinical pharmacy, prescription review, ward participation, patient counseling, and clinical documentation. I have completed structured training in clinical research and pharmacovigilance aligned with ICH-GCP standards.

During my hospital internship I supported medication reconciliation, treatment chart reviews, and therapy optimization while assisting in prescription audits and counseling patients. I completed a six-month online internship focused on clinical research documentation, AE/SAE fundamentals, and ethical research practices, and I contributed to projects including a KAP study on HPV vaccination and a case study on Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

I hold certifications in GCP, ICH-GCP E6(R3), biostatistics/SPSS, chemotherapy administration standards, and research methodology. I communicate effectively in English, Kannada, and Telugu, and I seek an entry-level position where I can apply my clinical and research skills to improve patient safety and support quality clinical trials.
