What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable, customer-facing automation and backend systems, collaborate closely with product and business teams, and continue growing through ownership of full-stack workflows and mentoring engineers.

At Policybazaar, I build and maintain backend workflows for a large-scale WhatsApp Business and Meta API automation platform spanning 10+ business verticals. I’ve progressed from Technology Intern to SDE-I and SDE-II while delivering customer-facing automation features across India and CRM channels.

I led a full-stack .NET Core and React revamp of the internal WhatsApp management dashboard, covering template validation, approval, campaign creation, monitoring, and Meta API integration. I’ve also built centralized logging and monitoring to improve failure visibility and speed up production debugging.

I partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to turn workflow requirements into reliable releases, and I mentor incoming engineers. Outside work, I built The Healing Diary, a React-based NGO portal with donations, messaging, theme switching, caching, and an interactive flipbook.
